Humm bitch???????? I guess there a drama in this one

"Bitch" in Japanese doesn't mean "bitch" the way we use it in English. It means something closer to "playgirl" or "slut". So the title is something like "Taciturn/Reserved Girl and (the) Slut That Loves (Her) ", even though that's not quite right either since I had to take some liberties to make it sound better in English.
