Maybe instead of being a dragon, maybe he's royalty? Could be from a fallen kingdom or a disgraced royal family? Could also be just like Nadan, child out of wedlock from an influential family from a foreign land (since he used to speak a different language).
im sorry but jin and suu should not end up together that son of a bitch is just using suu not to mention he slapped him ??? on another note i suspect suu is some kind of a dragon or at least tied to some magical being !!!
