I don't say it in a mean way, but most of yaoi are about highschoolers fucking each other XD and a lot about a highschooler and an older man, etc and most of the times it's very graphic. There is also a genre called shotacon with like a very young guy and a very much older dude (this one always gives me goosebumps, never read it in my life).
So I guess that, yes, because it's fictional, it's okay because in every country where yaoi is published, there is no problem with the fact that some are minors.

I loved both stories so much but like didn’t they say Cliff was 17 at the beginning? Isn’t that like sexually explicit content of a minor? Or are the laws different japan? Or does it not matter since it’s fictional..?
