π_π I hope the webtoon has a happy ending, I just want the father to remember his little angel/devil. It hurts so much so read these chapters.
Depends what happy ending is defined ╥﹏╥ I wanted the romance but white hair boi back off and lucas being lucas. The father will remember at the end but he will open up to Athy before that slowly (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I read at another spoiler that the novel will be like athy and lucas become a thing and athy's relationship with her dad is not the main point of the story anymore...
BUT the webtoon will make less romance and more daddy and athy moments
So now I'm confused...
We'll see what route this webtoon will take then (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ I miss Lucas!

I used to love this so much until I saw the raw novel until end ;n;
I think it's too painful for me to continue reading finding out it won't be the same as season 1 the relationship with Athy and the emperor and the rest of the story right now is just an angst fest (which I'm weak).
Only literal end of the novel will we get happy ending everyone wants where Lucas only comes back at the end and only then that we get to get the emperor gets his memories because of his help. Athy and Jennette become almost like literal sisters where they in nice relationship sending letters to one another.
Personally disappointed because I had been hoping for more adventures of Athy or to explore but it doesn't really do that much and comes around same place, idk, felt like I thought it will expand more. I guess the focus is mainly family and yeah no romance ending that everyone (really!) wanted with the two characters, I was really gutted about this.
BUT
This is only if it follows the novel, maybe webtoon might tweak or change direction. So far, it's following the story.
