I think it is really two sounds contracted....sighing 'uh' and then pressing your lips together makes a kinda 'bttt' noise like you're trying to stop yourself from moaning. I only see this in korean webtoons though. Still, this irked my inner reading voice til I could make sense of it for myself and this explanation works for me.

I have read plenty of manhwas beside this one n only this particular manhwa features this UBT sound and for some unknown reason, I find it annoying. (●￣(ｴ)￣●)
