The lady uses "we" because during this time, royals would use the term "warewa" which loosely translates to we, but it was only used by royalty/nobility.
If this was japanese, but I think the same applies for other asian cultures, royals use the term "we" but it's not the common "we" but the royal term "we" if that makes sense
Seriously if u think about they should think that the spirit and snow people are more holly than demon .... Their wings are nice and very angelic... anyway why the human kind use "use, we , us "
