Exactly like I know people are going around questioning why there is so much hate for her...but it’s more like a natural instinct at this point. And also, she’s like 16 now rt, that’s not young. At that age you kinda start understanding stuff, so there is no reason for her to get weird once the other you finds out about mc

I get that but still, Jennette knows Athy is in a bad side with her father who is supposedly trying to kill Athy. If Jennette gave a shit about her "sister", shouldn't she not meet with the king??!! What kind of friend is she?!
i totally understand and I'm not trying to convince anyone not to hate her. Personally bc there are people questioning why the hate, I decided to post my own opinion.
I am very much aware that dragging this out and showing us jennette's growing relationship with Claude is meant to increase the tensions. It is clear that's what the author is doing. Also this chapter, the author is throwing us a bone by having Athy show in front of Izekial. I'm actually quite happy about b/c we all know how much Athy could depend and rely on Jennette...perhaps it's time to just let this story stack chapters before returning to it....I just want the bandaid to be ripped off already but clearly the story needs to stew before it gets there

I'm not gonna hate on her but i find her very boring and naive, at this point, i don't care much about her except for the fact that she is unknowingly hurting Athy.... i want things to move on and get to the nitty gritty we know is gonna happen with her real dad, claude and athy....
