Lucas takes a few branches from the world tree that he want on the journey for. he is able to stab him and Claude with a branch. he regains all his magic powers that have deteriorated in a few centuries, and Claude regains his memories of athy : ) specifically, this happens on athy's 15th birthday, and is Lucas' "birthday gift" to her.

I can’t find where I read the races but Lucas comes back & retrieve Claudes memories. I also read that Athy ends up with Izekyail (I know I spelled this wrong). But for some reason I can’t find it on toonker anymore either
