they ended up together, the alpha did bite the omega but not in the correct spot / or did not bite him properly as he was hurt from the pen stab. he did say he loved yukishiro not because of their fate but because of love(?) but could not bring himself to do it. His "happy" ending is reuniting with his family I think (more like, the omega fixes his family issue)

Beta said he was proud to be a beta and fall in love with Yukishiro and they both end up together. I think the author on twitter (@Infordia) has tweeted numerous pictures that are pretty much extra drawings (that is not tied to the chapters) but there was one in particular where Fuji marries Yukishiro (wedding ring) (correct me if I am wrong)
