Well, if you confess to one guy and he (and only he) quickly says "Sorry, your boobs are tiny (or: your ass is not sexy enough) so you're not my type", but without any audience or anything (and without the guy repeating anything that he knew someone else had already said to you before) would you stay years thinking about it, letting it mine your self-confidence that much? ...Just because of *one* single guy? If you'd really get to you that much, I'd say that tells more about your feelings for that one guy, than anything else... Cause the guy's just your garden variety prick, but not an actual bully.
People do get traumatized and for years and get hurt from the tiniest thing during teenage. But as I said, uke san is not at fault, he said sorry with a smile. Maybe he shouldn't have pointed out his height.
Tell me about it, adolescence sucks... (or, ...maybe just mine? lol). But it doesn't last forever, so people get a chance to overwrite all the crap (and particularly so, with some particularly trivial crap).

I don't think the uke is at fault here. If he prefers looks over everything then he can't exactly help it, it's just how he his but yes he is rather blunt than straightforward to deny the seme's feelings like that. There could ve been a less traumatizing way to do that
