My sociology teacher told me that pink was actually boy's colour. Pink represent strong. And then girls took it because girls could be strong too. But now pink is well known as girly colour when it's not. Pink is a powerful colour. This social construction about girl and boy's colour is pissing me off like really?! It just colourssss stop judging people by what color they likes or what color they wore.

    No you're right actually. It was red and pink. Pink for younger men and boys. Blue was associated with the feminin and the moon etc. In fact pink was a boy-colour and christianity was at fault for switching that shit. Which shows us that some social constructs are just pointless...
