He was clearly with other person (not saying it was physical but still). Also Uncle always undermine him because he's a 'kid'. Then should he be playing this kind of mind game with a kid? I don't consider it cheating if it was one-sided from the very start. and the redhead was warned. and the past is the past, it's not like uncle plan to see his ex. his ex decided to show up out of nowhere and uncle finish with him for good after that. everyone has a past, you can't just delete it. in this cause this ex seemed very unhealthy for uncle, and mostly play with him.
the redhead was already messed up if he is willing to be in this kind of one-sided thing after the uncle told him it will be one-sided. I doubt it stays one-sided. but for now, it is one-sided crush, at least that how it looks to me.
It hurts to see how uncle is not into the relationship with red head, I meant if you're not interested or if you don't have feeling for the person why would you give them false hope?, I don't know why but it seems that uncle will realize too late of red head value in his life. BTW I got diabetes because yang yang and huan huan, I am so happy for them.
