i havent read the story yet, can someone answer my question

I read the plot summary of this story somewhere else and it said that the main character is enchanted in some way that suddenly makes people attracted to him. Is this true? Also, if thats the case does that mean his suitors dont actually like him, they are just be tricked to like him? Because that would make me a little sad

The mc just met these guys and they had a crush on him
The childhood guy fellinlove with him since long ago, the new freshman had a crush on him since the first time he saw him, the sunbae was the mc first love(?), and the guy in the same major has secret crush on him..
