It's a well written story. Tragic it maybe... but it does give out insights and lessons. And Ai Ziyu does give his all to make He Zishu happy and comfortable until the end of his life.

It's the first time that I have so willingly started a manga which would just keep on making me super sad over and over again!
No matter how sick the other jerk gets i will never forgive him! Why did he have to treat him like that!!! Anyway, guessing with how things are going, he will die... but I hope he enjoyed the last few months with his new love at least
