I thought they both had feelings for him......? At least i felt that Kaname did. They were saying how they thought Satou 'found out' when he questioned them about their feelings. So I assume they are hiding how they actually feel. The 'getting to know each other' comment from Yusuke was terrible though, so I don't know how serious he is with that kind of personality. Or were you saying that because of their lies and actions, its as if they don't hold any real love for Satou? Sry was this a dumb question? :P If it was, forgive meeeeee.
