I agree with everything you say except the sex part. I mean they do have sex, but the seme doesn't have a strong sex drive anymore. I mean we know that he can't have children and he will probably reach his forties soon ( older than Hozumi) so his sex drive might decrease. Technically speaking, between the ages of 30 – 40 a man's testosterone levels fall by about 1% every year, so depend on how old is the seme, it's pretty normal for him to not want to have sex as much as Hozumi

Maybe you made this comment before the new chapters were uploaded, but I don't agree. He DOES make time for Masato. He's working himself to death trying to clear his schedule out for Christmas and New Years.
The seme won't talk about personal family issues. They barely have sex. The seme is hard working, which is great. But he makes no time for the uke. I feel invisible and im not even the uke. Lol
In end he randomly acts like he needs the uke when his dad's health worsened. He never denied that the uke is "just a convenient roommate." It didn't feel resolved even with the seme asking him for help, it felt forced. It also seems he is hiding something else.
