If it makes you feel any better, Le Dong and Zhang Yang planned everything together- they planned that Le Dong would go with that snobby model and that he would get evidence against her wrong doing (and now she's in a mental hospital). So, that car accident was planned between the two of them.
But yes, I do agree that the plot isn't that great. So much drama over nothing, but I have seen much worse.

you should have read the chapters after that, had the same reaction but after reading more it wasnt that bad bcs it was planned.
When the art changed at earlier chapter around the 10s chapter, it seems the story also turned weird/not good, but I though it would get better... I keep going until passed the 20s chapter where finally arrive at the chapter where the LeLeDuck guy bang ZhangYang with a car just because of his fucking petty feeling/reasoning that doesn't make any sense and a provocation of that other fucking bitch...
the story definitely gone down the drain.... I stop reading it right there at that moment and went straight to comment this. Not gonna read this anymore, even though at first it got interesting plot and have promising future development, but in the end the story turn to the same old story as those other Chinese webtoon with jerk male characters and stupid female character....
