So it took them 41 chapters to officially become boyfriends even though they were already doing everything lovers do and say, and Haru also told Ren in a previous chapter that they were lovers.
I used to really enjoy this manga and it had a nicely paced storyline. At some point however you can see there was a clear shift in the story, as if the author suddenly decided that she had to find ways to milk it for as long as possible. Ever since then all we got was abysmal character development, cliché storylines and a plot that generally refuses to move forward.
We still know next to nothing about Ren's past, Ren still has to argue with Haru that he's his lover and "not a child", Haru keeps denying him or teasing him by acting like the doting big brother while literally sucking Ren's dick every now and then (which makes no sense), copy paste and repeat - that is when Haru isn't losing his memories... AGAIN.
At this point I don't see how the author could redeem this story.
