Now that you mention it, murder could be possible. There are sick people who want nice people wiped out from this earth. Same in lady baby too.

I think the "unforseen" accident is some type of intricate murder plot because she is able to see whats going to happen but it still happens anyway.
If i think about it also, wasn't she drinking tea right before she ended up as her 7 year old self?
