Yes, the first 3 chapters (plus extra) are about the black dragon. The main couple's story (the white dragon) will start from chapter 4 onwards
Synopsis about that Byakuya is not about 1st chapter.
Byakuya is White Dragon (I guess?)
1st chapter and probably another 2-3 more chapter will be about Black Dragon. And the story is so much more of cute, pure, bittersweet, lovely, sad, and happy at the end.
