I don't strike him as an actual dangerous stalker. He's just interested in someone and tried to create a situation where they could meet. Isn't that like exactly what any manhwa character who's interested in someone do?
Also he allegedly did all those things. I think they're just rumours about him, which makes sense since he's a mystery and no one really knows him. So people make up stories and rumours to attract publicity. It makes even more sense considering they're bad roumors since bad ones attract even more people. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
