Ya know what I’ve been thinking this for a long time. I’m glad you brought it up. So like you get two genders male and females and alpha, beta, omegas. So if there’s an omega male that can get pregnant does that mean an alpha female can impregnate? Also! How would an alpha female impregnate an omega female? But can’t she also be impregnated! So I cooked it all up in my little head!
If omegas have uteruses by default that just means the alpha scum is fertilizer by default. So the alpha woman can still impregnate the omega whatever the only problem is getting the cum to the egg! But if she just slips it on her fingers and sticks it in him then it should be no problem. But at the same time does that mean he can impregnate her with his omega cum? Which I mean is reasonable just a little weird. Or is it that omegas just have uteruses as default and the alpha omega is more about the pheromones? Buy only men can impregnate them. As far as I know there are 3 types of Omegaverse....
1. Males/Females = Alpha, Beta, Omega. All females and only Male omegas can get Impregnated.
2. Males/Females = Alpha, Beta, Omega. Everyone can get impregnated including male omegas, male Alphas and male betas. (Males have tubes connecting their anuses to their wombs).
3. Males/Females = Alpha, Beta, Omega. Here Alpha women can also impregnate. (When stimulated, female clitoris would also become erect and expel semen).
But this omegaverse is a bit complicated.... There was also a scene when Taehan and Doyun were on the bus and a lesbian couple was sitting next to them... So maybe here Alphas (male/female) can only impregnate... Just a guess..

Yes, women can be alphas but some omegaverse stories stress only on alphaxomega and betamalexbetafemale pairings.. so like alphas only pair with and impregnate omegas.. this can be one such story.. so if Doc is only dating other alphas, its like he is being gay in omegaverse..
Wait why can't he have kids if he likes only Alphas???? Women can be Alphas too right??? Or in this omegaverse Alphas are only males?????
