Well if it's exhaustion it will be obvious well the art isn't showing anything but leslie is fragile by nature and maybe next chapter tgey will show bags under her eyes and red eyes and pale tired skin since she is young and has been doing well so far he eliminated the dangerous diagnostic and we don't know how far their medical knowledge reached and they can't kill her like that XD so by webtoon's logic she is exhausted XD
First that thing where the dad brought the doctor and his legs went *crack* when he put him down was hilarious XD. Also , the doctors diagnosis is not according to procedure, shouldn't he have asked Leslie atleast some followup questions before saying she's exhausted? What if it was due to some other underlying disease ? Omg
