And the higher you lift the teapot, the better the foam is :)

I can't imagine the Moroccan tea being drunk cold..it's gonna taste so bad lmao, the reason why Moroccan tea is so special it's because it has this foam on top that forms because of the heat and the tea is always made to be drunk hot.
Also, it's made with a special metal teapot, and in it you brew the tea. you have to follow a lot of steps to make moroccan tea, you don't just pore water over the leaves and voila, it's much more the that.
