This is just my impression after Christmas 15. For all I know I could hate it later. I think I’m okay with it so far also because he doesn’t try to string along 2+ girls at the same time.
I feel the same! Like he genuinely really loved each girl, separate from each other in his own way, because he thought he’d been dumped and even though it hurt he moved on, not realizing they still loved and wanted to be with him. I think in general he wasn’t excepting or wanting a harem it was just something that was suggested so he decided to go with that answer instead of having to relive having his heart broken when people asked why he was traveling or living in the forest for 2 years.
I feel like compare to other stories that you find out are harem, I don’t mind this? Like usually for a harem the guy is a super perv and kind of lame/prideful. Yeah this guy does have some lust but he’s more genuine(?) than other stories that I’ve started to get into
