Poor Phos isn’t even Phos anymore, there’s practically nothing left of their original body and self. It’s really sad to think about. They have lost their sense of self, their family and friends, and... just about everything. The only one who truly believes in them is Adamant sensei, Achmaea after all is just toying with Phos and doesn’t have the best of interests for the poor gem.
The more the gems spend their time at the moon with the lunarians (who are basically the spirit of humans, and that includes emotions like selfishness and shit like that) the more they pick up on it. The gems practically gave up trying to make adamant pray. They're all busy with their own selfish needs now, like dia is an idol and all, caignornm is basically a housewife. The gems on Earth are still the same, they still wish for their partners to return and they still have faith in adamant sensei. I feel so bad for phos, to feel excluded and out of touch. He's not a gem or a lunarian and he's not even following his goals anymore, he's played into achmaea's hands and it's just so saddening. I hope this ends up with phos doing what he wants and for him to be happy
