I agree, harlequin....is just repetitive... really repetitive. There are times I love the story, each side had a very good reason, but there are ones where the guys a complete dick and I couldn’t help but root the heroine for standing on her own feet and walk away, only for her to forgive the asshole with one simp,e apology (sure they beg but the guy made her life hell for at least 5yrs, a holes need karma)
But as always, the guy gets the girl
and I've read a whole lot of them. The male lead is a obnoxious dickhead and the female lead is an idiot.
