My coronavirus personal weight loss story (true story):
I read so many yaoi mangas and got addicted to them so I didn't want to get out of bed. Then I stayed in bed all day and ate one meal.
Alright, but I've always been underweight or close to being underweight. I have a pretty fast metabolism, plus I practice 2 sports and go to the gym. Also, ~80% of my diet is rice.
I don't think you take my story as a model. I just wanted to share something.

Idk your body type or any of your medical history so I can't say specifically what's best, but the best way isn't to focus on the weight you lose but the muscle you gain. focus on developing your muscles so it becomes easier to burn fat. You don't gotta bulk up or anything, but I've discovered that to be the most effective way to continuously keep it off. focus on the areas you want to start losing fat from and develop your muscles there. dieting and losing that weight in an unhealthy (and healthy) way never seems to work because most peeps tend to lose the weight then switch back to their normal diet and that numbers shoots right back up again.
Ideally when I do lose the fat I've been trying to lose for a while, I'll be in that same "goal" weight you're aiming for too, but if I'm not there cause I've developed muscle, I ain't gonna be mad about it. Good luck! We can do it!
I peaked at 185 pounds and have lowered it to around 145. I'll admit that my methods weren't very safe or healthy but they were quick and easy. Now that we're in quarantine I want to finally lose the pesky 30ish pounds that keep me from achieving my health/appearance goals. Any and all advice is appreciated!! I would love to hear your personal weight loss stories too (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
