I find it worrisome that people are saying that this is fine, since the brother wanted to have sex.

Consent cannot be given when under influence of drugs or alcohol.
My school taught us this in sex ed, the online sexual consent test I had to do for university included this.
So this is fiction, but please people know what rape and consent is in real life.
