The uke is a female pureblood Lycan and he and the Hwa, are gonna have 3 babies, the pregnancy isn't easy it seems for many reasons and a particula case(way too long to explain) and atm in the raws we don't know yet how it will end.

The 2 pregnancies happen in different times, bcs the uke got 2 wombs (this is his special condition bcs he is a female lycan mutant or something like that, and a pureblood), but the 3 babies are all of Hwa.

Judging from what I read
The tanned uke thinks he’s a male pure blood lycan and his “brother”( unrelated by blood since I think tanned uke is adopted ) is a female lycan becoz he can smell his pheromones shit BUT it was hinted by Hwa that the brother is actually a male becoz Hwa said he scented male lycan stuffs
So I think Tanned Uke and his step brother are prob arranged to mate by the family but when they were younger he ran off with Hwa and marked him ( in this case I think they both marked each other or soemthing) so the elders erased their memories
But they managed to find each other again at university
And I think the step brother is pissed off becoz he smelled Hwa’a pheromones or marking after they fucked last night
