I'm assuming that Naoto goes by his last name cause looking back his full name is Koga Naoto. They are mates with kids and still using last names with horrifics. Kinda sad I want them to be closer and use first names but this is my opinion ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Side note anyone else want shizuku to be like only dad I have is Hazuki ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
