If we’re taking Manga, Secret XXX is good, and the spin off series of it, Therapy Game is cute as well! Osananajimi ga Do M de Tsundere Nan desu ga is one of my all time favourites! Ten Count is notable too! (Ten Count definitely has some cute characters.)
Now, if you’re open to Webtoons, Love Or Hate has BEAUTIFUL art (and the characters are complex). Sign will melt your heart (the art is fluffy and the characters are heartwarming).
