Love is an Illusion? The omega character has some serious anger issues and the Alpha just wants some love. I personally love it
I’m aware of Love is an Illusion. I’m referring to the overall general running theme seen in these omegaverse BLs of a dominant alpha and inferior omega. It’s present in a lot of them and it can be annoying. Its just nice to see an omega who stands his ground and would sooner beat someone with a pipe than start crying
Yeah, I see where you're coming from. It really does become annoying eventually because of its repeated characteristics in stories. Though when you said "omega who beats someone with a pipe" reminded me of lil' ol Tsugumi. Haha.
I usually avoid these omegaverse BLs because it always seem as if the omega is an inferiority weakling in the grasp of an overpowering alpha. But Tsugumi is a loose cannon who will step on your neck and I live for it! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ Megumi is great too. He doesn’t give off the usual “I’m the dominant one” vibe, both have energies about them that meet eye-to-eye. THIS is the type of omega/alpha relationship that I want to see more in omegaverse BLs.
