Absolutely. Tamaki’s conclusion that “this is what bad people do” does NOT automatically equate to “I have an innate aversion to this”.
I also noticed a while back someone in particular tried to provide evidence of Tamaki’s “asexuality” by bringing up his behavior as a child. It’s really not good to base your argument about a person’s sexuality based on how they acted as a kid.
Regardless, I’m unfamiliar with the mangaka so I can’t really predict how well they’ll execute Tamaki’s character development. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
People saying Tamaki is asexual in the comments but I don’t think Tamaki is asexual. There is a difference between asexual as an orientation and then past trauma which makes you fear/disgust sex. Tamaki obviously has issues with the way he views sex because of his past, which has nothing to do with being asexual - I’m not saying there’s no way he is but it’s pretty unlikely that this is what the author is trying to portray.
