Yoon's brain is only set to f**k, threaten, grin maliciously, smirk, insult and hit. He needs an upgrade before he's ready for anything like hug and console.
His brain likely went --> Oh no! NaKyum is crying and upset --> Must console --> Fuck? Threaten? Smirk? Hit? --> Error! Error! --> Rebooting to default settings --> Use good consoling Slap to stop the crying.

that's character consistency though. SH has always been a ruthless bastard. That being said, NK should have been punished with death or something grave for raising his voice at a noble, given the rules of the time.
