Obviously, there's something the prince knows that Tia doesn't, which caused his initial dislike for her. Because I've separated this current prince from the other him in the alternate timeline, I don't specifically have anything against him. He could've barred Tia from rising to reputation within the ranks of knighthood, but he just seems to be watching for now.
We don't see enough from him or his perspective to make a judgement, but I'd like to see his future actions as she interacts with him more, as well as the reveal of the past she can't remember, before I decide.
