Feel that way, you have every right. Like you said...it's an opinion. I'm open to question it however, as to why you felt such strong feelings towards a character you clearly know is a victim, to the point you want her to rot with a villain. Her actions have understandably made her a dislikeable character, though. So I get that.

Yeah i know, sorry if that sounded like an angry rumble, no worries it wasn't well, yeah I can't exactly explain it, it's just that her whole personality in combination with the events irritates me, maybe because i see it clearer from the view of Meadea maybe because i think that even if the conditions forced her to marry him she could have somehow contact afterwards Meadea with only purpose in mind to explain to her what is truly going on even with the risk of getting caught. She could have done things differently and there are many ways, but she was scared and too weak to do anything. I dislike her weakness, but i don't blame her for it. I just don't like her.
Fair enough, it’s natural to dislike her white lotus, innocent “I’m good uwu” personality. Characters like these have a bad rep attached to them through the various novels I’ve read, so it’s hard to let go of that pre-conception. I do hope she gets stronger - living in Medeas body should hopefully grow her cunningness and strength to a degree. Also, while I do agree with the notion that if Psyche really were Medeas friend that she should of told her about her relationship with the prince.... but I like to think from both perspectives . Psyche has only known the prince outside of the basement- in retrospect, he was her first and only love. Her only friend at the time. She’s human, with emotions. Her one and only true love proposed in such a flamboyant and romantic manner - I think any woman in her position would be overcome with feelings and have a one track mind.
You’re right, that statement was vague and untrue as it generalized a population of women, admittedly. What I should’ve said was, “ Psyche was in a peculiar position, faced with the one she loved most (To psyche, the prince was her savior, friend, and lover.) Someone with her frame of mind would most LIKELY say yes without much thought due to sheer joy, especially given the circumstances. Medea was/is a precious friend, yes. But to Psyche, so was the prince. A public rejection on her part, which would in turn humiliate the one she loves, doesn’t seem to be in her nature.” I guess to some up my entire point of this discussion, is that while Psyche is a dislikable character due to her weak, naive nature, in my opinion I do not think she is hateable, at least since reading recent chapters. I read some spoilers, so that’s why perhaps I’m more sympathetic towards her character.
Ps: you could already tell, but I enjoy discussions very much, lol. I apologize if I seem like I come off wrong at times, (or ramble like I am now...) but I love talking about stories and characters with others especially if they have an opposing opinion.

Seriously, after that I can't bring myself to like Psyche. She should just rot with that trash prince.
