I always try to put myself in the shoes of the character I'm reading about. Once again, what I see is a lack of communication between the couple. Suk-yun was too evasive in giving Woo-in some explanations when he asked them but now that Suk-yun is (sort of) trying to clean up his past mistakes, Woo-in should at least hear him out. Suk-yun isn't a bad person, he didn't hurt his partner on purpose... so would hearing him out be that difficult? Man, sometimes I wonder if the characters in these webtoons are adults or not.
