Firstly portraying even a toxic ship doesn't mean you encourage such relationships. It's just a story. Not psycho-sociological manifesto.

Am I saying the doctor is an angel send from heaven? No. If the doctor and the brothers relationship turns out to be extremely toxic, I would stop shipping them but we dont know whats going to happen. Look how many people hated Joowon and now they suddenly love him.
The situation was really clear. Doctor knew that older brother could hardly stand him before being intoxicated, he purposefully got him drunk, the guy had problem with walking straight, bubbled thinhs he would never tell anybody while sober, was blushed etc
Person looking like that and acting like that = it's clear that they are not in the right state of mind and CAN'T give valid consent.

Pheromones affect both parties. Not only omega. As I said we don't have pheromones in our word so the situation is always tricky to judge.
Never ever sleep with person under influence. The guy was clearly drunk and was taken advantage of. If doctor would get consent before drinking then ok. But after: no, it's not valid consent.
So are you saying if someone has alcohol and has sex it's automatically rape? How do you know how much the doctor had to drink thou? When Taehan and Doyun slept together for the first time Taehan wasn't affected by Doyuns pheromones. He still had control of himself. And you still didn't answer my question. Firstly I am not fan of omegas verses at all. I don't like how rapy they feel. But it's easier to judge rather clear situation with alcohol than tricky one with phoremones we don't have in our lives.
If Dojun would be in heat and it was clearly shown that the doctor physically couldn't control himself although he wanted, it would be double rape because both victims weren't in the right mind.
