Can someone explain the ending?

If I understood correctly. In the end, sangwoo accumulate proofs for Han's sex and drug use. Han's collaborators were threaten to not be involved in any work with Han, Sangwoo wanted him to lose work to become weak and to agree to what ever he wants. Because Sangwoo wanted to take revenge from Han for using him and making him lose his job . So, in the end, Han handed over the 60 shares of his company to Sangwoo (him self as well).
