His goal was to change his past, he was always trying to be a surgeon in the past, so technically he wasnt even going to be a dermatologist in the first place but to better his future he is now trying to pursue it, and while doing so, his goal is to also better his broken marriage of his past, since she did leave him, the nurse is apart of his proccess, so this love triangle is probably gonna stay, i dont like it either, it was great till love got involved
I agree, he was bothered about the whole marriage thing but the main conflict (blondie) isn't getting progress. He keeps on doing miraculous stuff and this side romance bs. Sorry for the rant.

Started out good but the rivalry between Jinhyun and blondie is nowhere to be seen now. The romance is just your typical bland love triangle. It would prolly be more interesting if MC didn't like any of the women and focused on his goal.
