He first appears on page 11 of chapter 55. He's the read headed guy who's in Aerak's archery club, and tries to prevent Heeno from getting in.

I wanted him to be with Aerak so bad ;-; I used to hate the Heeno x Aerak couple a lot, but that last bit redeemed them for me.
