I'm looking for a manga

I can only remember bits and pieces of this manga. It was a Romance manga, it was about this guy who's girlfriend passed away and he still couldn't forget her. Then a few years later, this little girl comes along who has her soul and memory and she stayed by his side, she also develop feeling for him...
