this is how i see it

redhead is genuinely trying here. there has been a lot of character development from the boy who used to simply pay people to be with him. now, you see a boy who is willing to know and learn from his shortcomings. uncle pan, on the other hand, has been consistent with his entire "i don't take emotions seriously" approach which, not gonna lie, is pretty shitty especially if you know a boy that young is getting all caught up (there's no way he didn't know. redhead was super obvious). i, personally, don't think uncle pan deserves to be with redhead.
