I think his mother sealed his looks with medication. Not sure though but this is more likely.
Yeah you're right she did that because people were talking about how the ML didnt look like his father(the emperor). So she altered his appearance with like you said medication so that people would accept him easily
I wonder why does he look like hid idiot version when he was a kid? CoznI think with a silver hair this is his true look. Maybe his mother sealed his looks or he got poisoned when stillnon mothers womb?
