To be honest if I had never read either series I'd be really confused but knowing what I do now they're nothing alike. I think it's just a coincidence because some of these things seem to be common tropes.

THE CHARACTERS LOOKS SIMILAR (Eunsung looks like the seme in that manhwa)AND THE SCENE IN CHAPTER 41 WHEN JAEHYUN SAID THAT EUNSUNG IS TOO CHILDISH I DONT KNOW BUT IT REMINDED ME OF AGUYLIKEYOU AND THATS WHEN IT CLICKED MY MIND.. Even Jungwoo or whatever looks like that antagonist in A Guy Like You! Maybe its the same author??? Probably...?? I havent finished reading this so im currently still at chap. 41 so I might aswell finish it and not jump to conclusions but I dunnow, the similarities just caught my attention. Ima stop now lol.
