Because lol they both literally a "Nii-chan". This series were a lot cuter and no dark humour. But I also loved Harada Sensei's "Nii-chan" cause the ending are more like reality wise (according to my opinion). Even though this series has not ended yet, I love how the little cousin attracting his older cousin and I like how the older cousin were struggling not to sexualised him (yet lol) (●￣(ｴ)￣●)
