I kind of think Lim is the guy with dark blue eyes and long brown hair that appears twice with the red haired one. He is the only (at least important looking) character on screen that's never called by their name, and considering Lim knows personal things about Syeon, I assume they have encountered eachother at least once (which the unamed guy has)
