Well what I've understood from this so far is that uke (forgot his name) has lost his memory and reverted to a child like state. Tomohisa and him were dating until an accident (supposedly caused by Tomohisa?) made uke this way. Tomohisa is struggling to let go of his past lover, and my theory is that they escaped to a secluded island to not deal with whatever consequences his memory loss could cause. (the landlords said they didn't have savings and they just arrived here suddently). As seen in this chapter, they had friends and neighbours (the lady and her daughter), so they can't possibly just abandon their social lives for no reason.
This manga is probably gonna end in blood and tears, but let's see where it goes ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

but why did tomohisa said the uke will leave him if he gets his memory back? and isnt the lady and daughter their neighbor when they still lived in the city?
can somebody explain to me what the storyline is about? in detail pls im not getting any of this :(
