The brother is not married, is what i believe, cz he said "ayaka" got married and the guys in the oneshot are sou and takuma. Based on that maybe they are not even brothers but ayaka and one of them. Idk
ayaka is the sister i would say and she will give their mom grandchilds.
I thought it was about an undercover cop who's infiltrating a yakuza gang for a case and then visits his brother who's married and they have sex...?
